Beverley’s middle-grade historical novel ‘The Reindeer and the Submarine’ was published by Pantera Press in November 2022. Her debut picture book ‘Born to Fly’ published by MidnightSun in 2019 was a CBCA notable book. Beverley’s second middle-grade novel The King’s Pigeon is due for release November 2023, and she has two picture books contracted for 2024 with CSIRO and MidnightSun.

Beverley is also a regular contributor to The School Magazine and recently started her first blog, ‘The day we bought a village.’

Beverley lives near the beach with her family and menagerie of pets but spends her weekends restoring a dilapidated pioneer village in a wombat sanctuary, which will one day be her home.
